Quality policy
Tresmine will strive to become the Leading Contract Electronics Manufacturer servicing the small to medium size Customers by forging an active partnership with them.
Sales, Engineering, and QA will play vital role in this area providing the Customer with the professional advice on Tresmine’s technological capabilities and conveying customer’s feedback to manufacturing.
To achieve the above Tresmine is committed to comply with the requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the QMS.
Tresmine is an equal opportunity employer and recognises that its employees are the most valuable assets of the enterprise, thus shall be equipped and empowered to perform their duties in their quest to achieve the business goals.
In performing its activities, Tresmine will ensure that relevant environmental, Regulatory and Statutory requirements are understood and adhered to.
Management establishes the quality objectives periodically with measurable targets and reviewed in Quality management review meeting.
This policy is communicated to all staff through an electronic controlled copy placed on the company intranet with other relevant management system manuals, and placed on common area notice board/s.
Team
Tresmine quality team is too big. Everyone contributes to the improvement of product quality. Basically quality ‘thinking’ concept is built into the system.
We have the formal systems to meet the standards and audits.Engineering team creates a detailed quality plan for the customers’ products and Quality team reviews this before product launch.
Process Controls
a. Process control concept:
Tresmine believes in Design for manufacturing (DFM), Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and Six-sigma (DFSS) concepts. These are much beyond SPC charts, First pass yield and DPMO calculations.
b. Board traceability:
Tresmine labels every board before the start of the process. These serial numbers remain on board forever. With cost of data storage becoming cheaper every day, there is no retention period defined for our internal traceability. It remains forever.
c. Quality standards:
We normally build every board to IPC-A-610E Class 2 or class 3 specification or better. However, customer requirement supersedes the same.
d. Industry requirements:
Depending on the nature of industry and customer need, we maintain history and traceability of the components to the board level (example- medical segment). We also institute ‘Advanced product quality planning’ (APQP) and ‘Production part approval process’ (PPAP) (example automotive segment) or any other controls as required by the customer.
